Today we have received good news after good news about our house. Yes, we can close early on the 21st. Yes, they will give us plenty of money for a dishwasher. Yes, they will have the A/C checked out. Now this is where it gets GREAT. The A/C was checked this morning and, we never expected, was deemed 'unacceptable and unusable'. Leaking freon, dirty, 22 years old. And, guess what God decides to do about it? Potentially, get us a whole new system for free!! My heart is racing just thinking about it!

This is half of the formal area, which I'll be making into a playroom. I'm looking forward to hosting a playgroup!

Sadly, the fridge does not come with the house.

Does that mean the new owners will be paying for the AC?
Yes! Since the bank owns the house now, they are doing the paperwork to approve the new a/c purchase and will take the money they spend out of the sellers profits.
How cool is that? Praising God with you. Hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from here on out!

--it is very good you are got the ac checked out. our house's heater wasn't working last winter, and after us trying to re-start it up in the attic, we finally called a repair guy. He went up there, and refused to even touch it after he opened it up. He said if we would have been able to start it, be would have potentially died from carbon monoxide poisoning!! EEK! God was looking out for us! Needless to say, we got a new heater, and thankfully it was under warrenty!
